Insect Watching
Give your child a bug box and see how many creepy crawlies they can find in the garden.
Once they have a box full ask them to count them and describe which ones they like best and why.
Once they've finished studying them they can find a good place to set them free.

Ha ha yeah Vickie i was thinking that as i posted it lol
I think Faye would pick them up but Ruby wouldn't be so sure, although they were both messing with a caterpiller in the back the other day lol, poor thing was harrassed Ruby kept dropping it lol.

My older kids used to love insects and bugs, Chelsea is going the same way. Think its because im an insect and spider lover myself, Chelsea likes me to catch daddy long legs and make them wave at her!
If you catch them they twitch and it looks like they are waving lol x
